Der Logistikbereich des Fleischbetriebes wird ersetzt durch das Logistikzentrum im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Die neue Technologie ermöglicht, dass Fleischbetrieb und Logistik künftig weniger Arbeitskräfte beschäftigen, als der bisherige Fleischbetrieb. In der Debatte wird gelogen.

Flächenfraß

Das Vorhaben vernichtet dauerhaft fruchtbares Ackerland. Der global beobachtete Flächenfraß wird vorangetrieben. Und das, obwohl Edeka 3,5 Fahr-km entfernt eine leerstehende Gewerbefläche besitzt; mit E-Lkw schnell zu erreichen; auch da wurde mal fruchtbares Ackerland versiegelt.

Warum Pro?

Mir fällt ehrlich gesagt kein Pro Argument ein. Nur: - Zerstörung der Landschaft - Bedienen eines ohnehin überhitzen Marktes - statt vorhanden Flächen/Gebäude zu ertüchtigen und zu nutzen, wir nur aus Gründen der Profitmaximierung und Steuerersparnis ein ganzer Landschafts-Abschnitt mindestens visuell verschandelt. - im Vergleich zum steigenden Umsatz werden wahrscheinlich dann weniger Arbeitskräfte (Niedriglohn) benötigt)
