Arbeitgeber die so gegen Betriebsratsmitglieder agieren, zeigen daß sie nicht bereit sind demokratische Entscheidungen der Beschäftigten zu akzeptieren. Mit der 3. Kündigung wird auch die Missachtung des Rechtsstaates deutlich. Übel! Die NGG sollte ein Strafverfahren prüfen.

Wenn Gewerkschaften Gelder von Arbeitnehmer/innen Kassieren aber selber nicht dann bei solchen schweren Vergehen direkt selber aktiv werden... Eine Petition ? Ernsthaft ?... Hoffentlich treten alle aus dieser Gewerkschaft aus !! Dem Unternehmen sind wohl Bürger und Arbeitnehmerrechte scheiß egal...
