Arbeitgeber die so gegen Betriebsratsmitglieder agieren, zeigen daß sie nicht bereit sind demokratische Entscheidungen der Beschäftigten zu akzeptieren. Mit der 3. Kündigung wird auch die Missachtung des Rechtsstaates deutlich. Übel! Die NGG sollte ein Strafverfahren prüfen.
