Weil in Holtwick zu viele Bäume unnötig fallen. Holtwicker Ei, Ollenkamp, Holtwicker Bach. Laub und Schmutz sind in Holtwick Todesurteile für Bäume. Nebenbei bringt die PV-Anlage wegen Beschattung nicht genug Leistung und die Kasde klingelt nicht.

Bäume stellen in trockenen Sommern eine erhebliche Brandlast in Dörfern da. Durch sie können Brände viel schneller von Haus zu Haus überspringen. In jüngster Zeit kam es in Holtwick schon zu Heckenbränden. Bäume gehören in den Wald und nicht ins Dorf.
